Returns and Exchanges
If you receive your order and something isn’t right, please call us at 866-PMC-Clay or click to send an email to Customer Support.
If we sent you the wrong item, or your order arrived damaged, we will send a replacement right away. We may ask you to keep damaged boxes, so please do not discard these until talking with us. PMC Connection guarantees our products be free from defects in material or workmanship. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’d like to hear why. We take great care in selecting our products and we’d like to know your thoughts.
Unopened and unused products in their original condition (excluding discontinued items, clays, wire/casting grain/foil, and all sprays/finishes) can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit, whichever you prefer. All unopened and unused clay and all wire, casting grain, and foil in their original condition may be returned within 7 days for a refund or credit. Sales of discontinued and closeout items are final. Items may be returned to:

Be sure to carefully pack and insure your items for the return trip. Please Note: Refunds and credits for returns - other than returns due to our error - do not include shipping charges. PMCC reserves the right to refuse returns for items that have been opened, used or are not in their original condition.
Our warranty excludes consequential and incidental expenses and no other warranties are implied. Return deadlines are postmark deadlines.
